That's funny, just last week I was carded trying to buy my husband some beer and I'm 60 yrs old I was astounded that they would ask me. Even if I dont look 60, I am positive I look well over 21.

I felt they were tracking me. You know, tracking what I buy in the store.. ORRR they could be checking the chip in my DL to see if I am on any wanted list.. they do that ya know.They, as in Big Brother.

 

If you ask, then you don't have plausible deniability if they are way too young.

Supposedly. Usually clerks just ask for you to show something so the camera sees that they did their job. They dont care.
