Really weird experience mixing vyvanse and flexeril

Yesterday at 8AM, I dosed on 120mg of vyvanse. It had been 8AM this morning (24 hours later and no sleep) and I still had no sleep. My friend at school gave me a flexeril muscle relaxer and I snorted it in in the bathroom. About an hour later I started getting super tired and started to fight it a bit, but next thing I knew I was staring at dots in the bookshelves that slowly transformed into see-through spiders, and things started getting fuzzy. About 30 minutes later I snapped back into reality and the girl I was sitting next to said I was just staring straight with my eyes wide open and didn't close them at all.

In my eyes, I remember a few things during that time, in my eyes I smoked a cigarette where I was sitting, then I remember looking over at my friend Ralph in the class and he was wearing some kind of frightening mask and a bunch of strangers were gathered around him, and I remember the girl I was next to kept staring at my in the corner of my eyes, but everytime I turned to her she was back to what she was doing. I saw ALOT of people in the corner of my eyes. I was in a total delirium but I couldn't find any info on google about mixing adderall and flexeril to cause symtoms like this, and I haven't done benadryl in a long time but it was very similar to that only without the same physical side effects that I remember.

What could of possibly happened?

haha, yeah, but it worked, because I got incredibly tired, but I did some google researching and I couldn't find anything similar to my experience. It was almost exactly like benadryl, I was completely out cold with delirium for 10-20 minutes, I Don't even know how long. I defiantly didn't expect anything like that from it.

 

I wish my Vyvanse would keep me up all night haha. I took 125mg yesterday, last dose (50mg) was at 3:00 pm. I fell asleep at 8:00 pm!! Weird...

 

I stay up forever with them and my pupils always get super big like a few hours after taking it.

 

I will admit my pupils are huge almost 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Even my opioid use will not constrict those bad boys. At the eye doctor, they don't need to put drops in my eyes to dilate them. They are large enough, even with a bright light shown in them!

Sorry to bump an old thread here. I hope op has had some sort of experience with vyvanse before he decided to take 120mg. Some people can take 120mg and be fine, however in my experience 120mg in one gulp will put me into amphetamine psychosis. Which appears to be what happened to op. I've only had one experience with severe psychosis and it wasn't bad enough to hallucinate, but I was mentally disabled for about 20 or 30 Minutes I couldn't do anything but rest my head on my desk at work and listen to the a/c units buzz around me. It was a weird experience.

The point I want to make here though is that 120mg of vyvanse is NEVER a good dose until your savy with how this drug affects you, YOU personally. This drug is unique to each individual, even if some individuals have been affected the same way by it, that does not mean that's how it will affect you.

 

hey i have a spouse who is on Vyvanse and he was givin' Flexeril, and he took the vyvanse like he usually did and he took a Flexeril for Severe Painful leg cramping and went to sleep , we woke, bout and hour after we got up.... he walked to the ROOM and he screamed, he was HOT and not feeling well, he had a ICE pack on him he was LITERALLY sweating beads of sweat NON stop off him and no Fever? he had a BIG fan on him and i tried to wipe the sweat off him and he had no Recolection of why he was in bed he didnt know what day it was or what happend the day before, it scared me to death :/i was so worried i started looking for why this happend? and i came across your page ....

thanks, he said he will never take this pill again with Vyvanse

 

Sorry to reply so many years later.... but I'm currently prescribed both one of which is new to my medicine cabinet. Out of curiosity how many mg of each did he take for this to happen? I took my vivanse at 1pm and just took Flexeril for my shoulder pain (it's 1am now my time), and I can't help but be extremely worried something like this will happen to me now...
