Experianced young man looking fo a place to be

Hi there everyone,
I am currently searching for a place to live and work for the next four or five months. I work as a canoe guide and outfitter in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area in the spring, summer, and fall but come winter there is no work at all so I decided to head out west on a long term road trip. If I can, I would like to find one place to set down and work for my keep. I'm not overly picky if its a commune, international community, or private organizatiin. I have a strong work ethic and tons of experiance in construction, plumbing, roofing...ect as well as skills ranging from wilderness survival to mycology. Please let me know if anyone knows of oppertunities for hard working folks to make there way for a few months.
