Keeping it relatively healthy at this point... oatmeal with raisins and dried blueberries with some local honey and topped with cinnamon... down the hatch. Just started the coffee maker- the noise from the grinder is what wakes me up- caffeine is strictly recreational.

Oats with dried plums, half an apple, cereal, and human ration supplement. Green tea.

Gotta hold me out for the fights I`m going to pick in the day ahead.

Edit: Aren`t wine and chocolate natural afrodisiacs?

It's basically just powdered stuff you add to milk. It's not that weird.

It's like a meal replacement drink, but not what I would consider to be healthy.

Not healthy? It has a bunch of vitamins and a little protein in it. I love it, tasted good, I drink that with my fish oil gummies. Been drinking it for years. It tasted good too. And it washes my pills down real good. Everyone likes different stuff for breakfast. Each tis own

I suggest that you read the ingredients list and with each item, ask yourself, "does this belong in a diet?" Unfortunately the obesity and diabetes epidemics didn't just materialize without being instigated despite the premise on which much of the related reporting seems to be based. The food industry is effectively slow poisoning much of the population to the degree that the law allows.

what is it elsewhere in the country?

i also rarely wake up hungry, although when i do i'm starving. my typical breakfast is a couple granola bars, then i have an early lunch.

    Hello,

pretzel or in general 'Laugengebaeck', that is stuff that dunked into some sort of salty water before backing, is a domain of the south of the country. You will have a hard time to find pretzels in a bakery say north of the city of Frankfurt. OK, I saw a pretzel dealer in Berlin once. But their pretzels tasted totally different. So I think most people will think of pretzels as the small snacks that comes in bags like potato chips.

    Regards
    Gyro
