MJ Guide + Hip Forums Unified Login Back!

    Hi peeps, I just updated the MJ Guide to allow for logins using your Hip Forums username. This was functional until our last big upgrade on Hip Forums which broke the login routine.

    You can post up comments on articles and post grow journals there too. I'm going to be working on the grow journals to make them far more useful. I'll also be doing more upgrades to the site.

    Yeah, unfortunately I was distracted for a few years... ;)

    Too busy helping others with THEIR websites...

    No one can add journals yet, till I upgrade them...

    Someone asked me about a Anon feature.. :gossip: for grow journal and forums.. Ive seen the anon feature abused in some cases. But still mods can see them/ regular users shouldnt think the anon features allows them a trolling safety..
    While I live in a Non Medical state. Im not over concerned for tiny little styrofoam cup grow op with 25watt incandescent lamps .. :juggle: dont really care about the anon feature myself for this.. Maybe a sexual health location would be good place for anon. but eh' lets not change the subject..

    I enjoy grow threads, always have. get a little sidetracked too, miss a few here and there. In hope others would assist..:watchplant:

    Do you have the MJ Guide on Cannafox ? Its a firefox app, it only has so much use but its cool cause it has all the other grow forums and stuff. HIp Forum should least be there too.. While I believe our growing community is a little shy.

    I think our Psychedelic community is right on.. Or in TUNE.. :D

    It didn't help that I spent a year and a half working on someone else's MJ grow site. I didn't want to have a conflict of interest by also working on the MJ Guide.

    It's a bit late for us to win a prime spot since I've neglected the site. But the MJ Guide is actually growing again, so hence my attention will be there for awhile to see if improvements there can put us in the game again.

    BTW, I own a cool domain, cannaforum.com, but I don't want to compete with the Hip Forums, otherwise I'd have already setup a whole new site for cannabis users, growers, etc. I could redirect our members there, and set it up so they're automatically logged in there as well as here. But as you say some want to be anonymous. You mean we're not anonymous enough here already?

    Skip, Of course I dont know the details, but I support getting all your domains integrated into the "hip Forums" eventually. Im hoping Hip will be the core from which all related branches.
