Okay.. I'm running on a 2 hit dose of L for about 5 hours now. And It's killing me. I have a HUGE body high, but I'm still in my mind. There are essentially no visuals, tho color seems good

    What should I do?

I've got 8 more hits left on me, but I'd rather not use them, for I've heard redosing is essentially a waste?

I have no weed, but I do have LSA with me to add on. It's kind of a bummer really, this seems to have huge waves you have to ride through hard, but you always feel your in reality. Last trip was 10 days ago.. I thought tolerance would have been rejuvenated by now. Should I just ride the low effect down home, or can I save it somehow?

Just ride it out, and save the doses.

There are kind of like two separate types of tolerance. Actual tolerance is like how many days you have to wait before the drug actually produces it's full effects again but there is also this other type of mental tolerance which you may be experiencing, where when you trip too often, the trips can tend to get sort of a bland predictable type feeling to them. Also keep in mind trips can vary greatly from one trip to another, so the effects may just be different this time.

I agree with the blandness you experience after dropping LSD twice within a short amount of time. That's why I'm waiting about a month until I trip again (about 20 more days). I understand how difficult it is to wait.

Sometimes I find myself staring at my minifridge, then I finally say to myself "don't even think about it. wait, young grasshopper. wait"

hell, I've always wanted to do a big dose, 8 would be sick! Maybe I'll find some creative realm to explore

And fauxtographer: omg yeah totally dude. I wasn't even on planning on dropping tonight, I was just in such a good mood, and it would have been great if the effects picked up harder. But guess I learned the lesson the hard way. Altho, I'll probably drop all 8 this weekend in order to try it.
Or.. better save some.. I'll think of something when I'm in a more stable state of mind haha

I think GB is spot on. I'd just throw in my $.02 You've only recently just discovered the wonder of a good experience and you're pretty jazzed up about it from your posts and that's to be expected. If at all possible, maybe try to lighten up just a tad, let the whole amazing collection of feelings, wonderment and thrill of it all just flow naturally and just "be". There are some other worthy experiences to have so maybe explore those some and let more time pass.
I'm recently reintroduced to trips, the variety of which weren't around back in the day (30 yrs ago) and as GB pointed out once I've hit them quite a bit, but lucy is a special girl. Try not to diminish her value in your life if you can. :sunny:

I hope you didn't take it as a lecture, I'm no one to give one. It's cool to see how totally jazzed you are and it's obviously opened up so much to you. I guess I was just trying to share the value of moderation and taking time to integrate the experiences and things you've learned, is all. :sunny:

save them for next MONTH. or later.

xmas sounds like a good time span. it seems to me like a good idea to space trips out by at least a month. and when you're first starting out, maybe even longer. for example, i'm not tripping with my little brother every month, even though i trip just about once a month.

i totally agree with (and might be a "co-author" of) GB's theory on the 2nd type of "tolerance"
