I can't stop eating!!! I'm not really eating junk food, but it's like i'm eating allllll the time! I'm not eating a lot either...but it feels like constant intake. maybe I am eating a good amount? I don't know... I just feel like I always eat! is it ok to eat all the time if I'm not stuffing myself?
Thats what I do. I am always hungry, and always eat, guys are hungry alot. It is fine as long as you get exercise.
I'm Told People Who Live Alone Do This A Lot... I Am Single, And Most Days I Will Just Grab A Piece Of Fruit, Or Attack The Fridge Umpteen Times A Day As I Pass It... But Having Said That, Tis Nice To Sit Down To The Occasional Prepared Meal, On A Nicely Laid Out Table, Even If It Is Only Set For One. Cheers Glen.
makihiko, do you feel you're overeating? don't wish to be rude, but have just answered your other thread titled 'i'm fat' and asking for ways to make candy. are you a bit overweight maybe? do you feel you are? if you're a normal weight then, presumably everythings ok. are you eating 'good' food, i mean nutritious, not sweet, plenty of fruit and veg? in england here, we call it 'grazing' when we keep nibbling on something and having to have the 'feel' of food in the mouth and that can make us pile on the lbs.
Eat better food that actually nourishes your body. When you eat shit food your body goes YUM, thansk for that, now put something worth eating inside of me. So you put something else shit in and your body again goes YUM, wrong, try again.
You just need something else to do man. If you're not sitting then you won't feel the need to munch. Or if you're just like someone who loves food that's fine too. I mean do what makes you feel confortable. Try chewing gum it helps. But I don't think the fact you eat often is bad if it's not junk food and you get in some exercise. I don't like the idea of anything controlling me like that, i'd prefer to have complete control over everything I put in my mouth.
...I often do that...overeat, overeat, and overeat more and not even realize I just ate 4,500 calories! It's not necessarily a "bad" thing, as every body is complex and different, and it becomes hard to see how it affects you in the long run. BUt, I know for me, Im 22, a guy, and im active...I can get away with it. Its a crime, but it makes me happy too : ) so Im alright with it.
I have been in for the most part of this week bored, and all I have been doing it eating. I have a knackered by legs so I cant leave the house, and I think my lack of exercise and this eating habit has popped a couple of pounds on me here and there. But, bugger it. Food is one of my favourite things, if not my favourite, so live life and eat well I say
Sometimes a voracious appetite can be a sign of a vitamin deficiency. I would suggest to re-asses your diet. Keep a meal journal, what are you eating? Are you getting all the right nutrition and eating balanced meals? Maybe you could think about supplementing your diet with a multi-vitamin? I learned in biopsychology that the best way to 'eat' is to graze throughout the day, eat dried fruit, raw veggies, nuts, fresh fruit, yogurt etc. in small portions all through the day , rather than three large, bulky meals. If you're doing this, I think you're okay.
eat plants and animals. eat plants that look like they did when they were picked. eat foods in their natural state and i dont think you'll be binging all the time like that.
Sometimes i cant stop eating ether help! Im not even unhappy in my life apart from my weight. Im only chubby like 5 kgs over weight but it makes me unhappy. Ill usually have a good morning and eat healthy foods most of the day but then overea and eat breads and junk food etc im 90% vegan but want to be fully. Lost 8 kgs from becoming happier and less eating. I exercise. Any good tips or motivation from a hippy stand point like quotes .. i want to eat to live not live to eat
