I think I caught something from my grandson, I had a coughing fit that lasted five minutes...I'm not for sure but I think I coughed up a lung...lol

 

my mom loved the coffee maker. she loves it, but she said we didn't have to spend that kind of money on her

 

I did not have the flu like a feared on Friday. Best I can figure is that a bad flare up with the arthritis was causing me some fever. Yay for not having the flu!

i had to stop and hyperventilate and call my friend that was like an hour away and he had to come comfort me cuz i couldnt drive for a good 2 hours

I am not going to the 4 yr. old class trip to the pumpkin patch tomorrow no matter how hard my daughter begs me.

She forgets I did all this stuff with her and her brother when they were coming up. I'm a grandparent now and that has privileges like NOT going on field trips where children are going to beg me to buy them things that I do not have money to buy them.

Plus, I spend time with them every day for 4 hours after school.

I have a my-k-cup (not to be confused with that period cup hippie chicks use) and it works awesome with two tea bags in it (shut up Glen)..my mug is perfect size for hitting one large and one small fills it right to the rim
