It has been weeks since we have had a really sunny day. Does anyone else notice that when the weather is cloudy and dreary that after a few days of it people start to be more moody. I always have more energy on a sunny day. :sunny:
You could move to my part of the world . Hear in Arizona we look forward to thoes cloudy rainy days , the t.v. wether man/woman almost pees there pants when they say it might rain . desert rat
Sorry can’t help you out its cold and rainy here and we’re expecting our first snow tomorrow night. A lot of people don’t like this weather and think its depressing but I just flourish in it - you've got the wind and rain and the falling leaves - perfect :2thumbsup: Hotwater
I was at tanning place yesterday. Im a go today also. maybe all in my head, but I feel alot better than I did a few days ago,. after getting rays..
I know several people that say that they feel much better after laying in a tanning bed. Don't we get vit A & D from the sun? I don't know...but maybe there is something in the lights of the tanning bed that give you something similar.

It's been pretty sunny here the past few days. Granted , I live in "the sunshine state", it can storm a lot ,too. Vitamin d and not having enough has def been linked to depression. Aww,The squirrel beat me.
It's still sunny and warm here in the afternoons. I start getting burned if I don't move into the shade after about 15 minutes.
I know just what you mean, although since I live in an almost perpetually foggy area I have just gotten used to the lack of sun.
a week????????? I usually agree. But right now it's cold, dark, cloudy, and rainy, and I'm loving it for some odd reason! Listening to Ulver right now. They go great with this kind of weather.
