So I do not regularly use PP's, used to, got into some trouble, haven't taken any in weeks. This morning woke up with a killer toothache, took 20mgs of Hydrocodone, found out right after I may have a drug test wednesday morning. Around 85 hours between when I used and when i'll test. I CANNOT fail this drug test. Will drinking water help get it out of my system? Also will it help that i'm little and have a quick metabolism? We have niacin in the house, should I take some, and what about dosage? Any advice is GREATLY appreciated.
I feel like I should be fine as well but there is A LOT riding on the drug test, as in if I were to fail, my life would fall apart. I really wish I could find something explaining the half life and all that, but i've googled and can't find a thing.
check erowid. It's a good site. i dont know much about opiates and drug test. I only know about marijuana and drug test, ive had a few close calls. There are some experienced users on here though that will be able to give you more advice
thanks...yeah I hit a joint a few times about 2 weeks ago, but I'm only an occasional smoker so I'm not really worried about that. I think that i'll be good, just worried.
The half-life of Hydrocodone is about 3-6 hours. Like r0llin said if that is all you have done recently by Wednesday you will be fine. Just drink plenty of water or Cranberry juice. Niacin you can use if you really feel you need to, but as long as you don't use anything else and drink alot of fluids you should have absolutely no problem. And also do you have a prescription for the Hydro or no?
