    ive had a small variety of pets before (gartner snakes, frogs, birds). my last pet was a beta fish i bought at school. josephine lasted 3 dorm rooms. she was a great fish. i would like to get some frogs again soon

    we have had sausage dogs in my family for like 30 years or more.

    my dog piggy is actually a dachshund/pekingnese cross

    it's hard to see in the picture because you cannot see her long body or big eyes!

    Nahh, I dont watch a lot of sport. I've been listening to a lot of classical music lately and just thought it would make a really sweet name. I found out that the word piccolo means "small" in Italian. So since he was one of the smallest kittens, and my dad's side of the family is Italian it seems like a pretty ideal name.

    My mom always wanted a dachshund, so my sister bought her one and bought the brother in the litter for herself. That was over 30 years ago and started the love of the breed and why she became a registered breeder.

    I honestly could not imagine not having one in our home as a pet. Right now we have a lot of squatters but they are welcome to stay. :)

    That is exactly what my cat looks like! So funny...he looks a little younger, but pretty much the same.
