I guess I don't really put myself in situations where I would see people peeing in public.

 

I go to festivals.. i see it often... i do it often.. i hate public toilets... but i wont shit in public.. that's just wrong.. shit in the woods.. but that's cuz i had the squirts while trout fishing...

People piss in public during Mardi Gras all the time. The police are pretty strict about it though. You gotta be slick about it. They will bring you in if they see you. They don't give a fuck about underage drinking or most of the other common crimes that go on around that time but pissing in public is serious shit.
