is it me.. or does this bho extractor seem dangerous.. seeing as i've seen/heard of bho mishaps where the extractor blows up... glass concentrate extractor...
is that glass? .. even if they do shatter.. Their is nothing there but gas and glass. I dont think there would be an explosion unless you had flame near by. It would startle you. Like the shattering of an HPS lamp from a bead of sweat off your head.. < yeah Ive done that..
The glass ones are the best. You want glass because even though people say its safe, PVC can still leech something into your BHO. Butane is quite a powerful solvent. You should make sure though that the glass is at least Pyrex because the butane gets very cold, you want glass that can take that stress. PLEASE as I'm sure you're aware, do this OUTSIDE! The only dangers really come from doing this inside. You want a place where vapors escape quickly, do not do this extraction anywhere that you wouldn't spray paint a bicycle. Open air is key for safety. Also wear goggles and gloves, other than that as long as you pay attention to the process you should be fine. Glass extractors are the bomb and nothing beats BHO!!
