If you take a vial of LSD and try to drop drops onto a ten strip, it won't work out very well. How do I know? I've been dumb enough to try it in the past. I had a vial and was trying to help a friend out with cluster headaches but I had NOTHING to put them on. I knew it was stupid and not the best idea but I tried dropping it on some blotter paper and it just doesn't absorb well. Keep in mind, when laying LSD onto paper, people are most likely doing it 100 sheets at a time in a big dish. You submerge the paper and let it soak up all the liquid. It doesn't work out very well trying to just put a drop of liquid on top of paper, it does not absorb quickly. I ended up having to take a little cracker and soaked up all the liquid that wouldn't absorb into the paper, muttering to myself the whole time about how stupid this was.


This is also to say, vials are not extremely popular anyway. I never understood why people were sooooooo interested in liquid. It is much easier to deal with paper, anyone ever have a vial leak out and lose some precious doses? Or how about having a vial evaporate and you end up dosing 4x heavier than intended? Vials just aren't practical and as long as you're getting good lsd, a vial should be the same strength as paper. Most hits these days will be around 100ug regardless of what you're told. Back in the day hits could have up to 500ug on them and were often 4-way hits that were bigger sized. This is often why people say "Well todays acid isn't good like it used to be". It is and its the same molecule, it just isn't laid as heavy for several reasons. One being the costs, two being that most people these days won't handle a random 500ug dose as well as back in the day, when you could wander around the streets and concerts totally blown away and be relatively left alone. Times o they are a changin'.

yeah...stuff i have now is EASY as strong as three "normal" blotters i've had before, but i wouldn't call them triple dipped.

Vials from what I've read can go for $600 at best, but are more likely to lye under $2000-$3000... A little pricey, so I don't know if that is accurate. But if you do the math for 10 a hit, and the vial is suppose to have about 250 hits. Just do the math and see if it's a good deal. 250 hits would be $2500 and so you should be paying about $2000 for that. IMO

 

i think a vial is usually 100 hits. and $600 should be more like the UPPER limit of what one would pay for that. meaning 600 or less

 

I dunno what kinda vials you been hearin' about.... that's over 2x the most I've ever heard, for a 100 hit vial, if you're getting liquid you're already kinda hooked up.

As for the attraction to liquid, it's that you can dose other things. you CAN easily dose very absorbant paper, just not what the poster above tried. A paper napkin, for instance, would be pretty easy to dose. You can dose cookies. Or just about anything. And once you've got it on something random, you can do ANYTHING you want with it, and face NO legal risks. So that's the appeal, I think. You could dose the margin of the (kinda thick) cover of a paper back book, if you did it very carefully. You could dose your fucking shirt collar....... Walk through any checkpoint in the world.

I thought the price for those vials sounded pricey, glad I never had the money...

 

This is spot on in my book. I got a vial that was supposed to be 100 for 600, and it ended up being a little over half that so I got 200 back. Then I got another one for 510 and he just laid out 100 hits on sweet tarts for me.

So do you think that if you had liquid on sweet tarts they would be able to tell? It seems pretty obvious to me since you can see the liquid coloration. Then again I don't know how savvy police or whoever would be with regards to LSD these days. Even if they noticed it the only way they'd be able to tell is if they actually had some test kit for it. Or if they just popped one:2thumbsup:

I don't think they'd ever find the shit. Dose the sweet-tarts, roll them back up in their perfect LSD-carrying foil roll, use a tiny dab of elmers glue to seal it, they would NEVER know.

And I don't think there would be serious dis-colouration. Although the ability to dose sweet-tarts might depend on having a very concentrated solution, they might not be the best medium as they're no so absorbent.

 

Dang, eons ago I would get liquid for 1 cent a microgram.
$150 for 100 drops @ 150ug per drop.

But then again, gas was also only $.50 a gallon.

 

i still think LSD is one of the cheapest drugs there is. if you can find potent stuff anyways.

let's say a "150" ug hit is 10 or even 15 bucks. for 8-12 hours of solid tripping.

or you could have bought like one gram of good weed. or less than 3 gallons of gas


so that's about equal, haha. ~$1.50 for a hit or 3 gallons o gas back in the good old days.

I always loved LSD's "bang for your buck" ratio.
Sad thing is the quality/strength per hit has gone down while the price has gone up.... a lot.

Still haven't ever found any acid for $10 that compared with the usual $3 hits when I was young.

Same with weed, I used to get pounds for what it can cost to get an ounce now, and the weed today isn't THAT much better.

Sure you can spend like 80bucks on some paper, but when that can bring you like 50+hrs of enlightenment, it's a lot to think about. I mean even just 20-30 dollars is like buying a planet. And it even feels longer than the 12 hours... Really is a miracle that I am glad to have come across in my life!

Even though it is rather expensive in other terms though, it has somehow made me save money... I've become less materialistic since my first drop, and for two months straight, I haven't spent a dime on some worthless junk! That's a miracle! I've only spent on food, L, and the essentials these past two months and have lots of extra money just sitting around which never happens. Maybe to be used next relationship I find, L has taught me a lot!

 

The dot's I was fortunate enough to get were imo similar in strength to the average blotter from the 80's. The strongest single hit dose (subjectively speaking) I ever had was a windowpane, t'was the only time I ever saw those. It "felt" like 200-250ug but that's conjecture. After decades away from L, I haven't had any of the blotter around these days to compare. Only dots.
But I never heard anywhere ever, back in those days, of anyone doing 10 hits. There's a reason for that.

That's for sure......although my friend did squirt about 9-10 drops into my mouth once, but alas, my tolerance was so high at that time it only felt like 3 drops, or ~450ugs:sunny:
