so ive noticed ive got dandruff etc stuck in the roots of my dreads, and its quite visible.
i tried washing it out today and the other day, once with baking soda, and the other with just water, but its all still there.
is there a way i can get rid of the dandruff? maybe washing my hair with normal anti dandruff shampoo?

Don't use head and shoulders lol! That would be... very bad.

T-gel is 9 bucks for me. :) But my parents in a poor town, so things are cheaper.

Ive been doing neglect for only 9 days using T-Gel.
I already have about five good dreads going.
It feels like every time I wash they get knottier.
So I will also recommend T-Gel.
As far as helping with dandruff, I'm not sure. It does good on the dreads though.

Nah, isn't bad for them at all if you rinse thoroughly, might just take a bit longer to get tight though.

H&S isn't 'bad' if you get occasional dry flaking.
It's just next to useless for real dandruff.

    I've used h&s - I wouldn't on baby dreadwads , but it didn't hurt anything
