If a person was to try Heroin for the first time, by sniffing, how much do you do? I have been in control with pills and patches for years but just want to try. Should I try it or just stay away. It seems with the pill and patch crackdown heroin will be the only thing left unless I can find a new state to shop in if you know what I mean. I do suffer chronic pain but like my weekend relaxation.
I would stay away. I mean, how many times are we gonna hear it, i'll do it just this once and than never again. Stop while youre ahead
When you post that question here you'll get answers similar to if you asked should you kill yourself or not xD.. Nobody will tell you that you should try it. IMO heroin is too glorified and at the same time surrounded with bunch of myths and that's caused even from many people inside drug culture that have knowledge of and experience with other stuff. Isn't alcohol as or even more damaging for your body and soul when you get addicted and consume it regularly? Main problem (most other can be slowed with pure stuff, needle exchange, informing users and addicts, informing public etc.) is high addiction potential. Is it much higher with alcohol? Not so much as many people expect it to be. People start to get in real problems when they consume it for long enough time to get withdrawals. Until that problem is self control, education and how addictive personality someone has. Not everyone who drinks a glass of wine gets addicted and not everyone who snorts a line of H gets addicted. Is it worth the risk? Wouldn't say it is. I tried tramadolum, buprenorphine, morphine, heroin and opium but prefer psychedelics, dissociatives and possibly even proper stimulants. Although I prefer opiates to alcohol. Many people use psychedelics and treat them with respect and use as a tool and still don't mind occasional alcohol intoxication. Is occasional intoxication with opiates worse, that's the real question... Cuz would anyone who tried variety of drugs said that alcohol is worth the risk of becoming a drunk....I don't think so.
Dude, there's a major difference between alcohol and heroin.. Once heroin is in your blood stream it breaks into morphine and acetic acid. Once it reaches your brain it binds to your mu-opiod receptors. When you're sober, your brain creates its endorphins which are your natural opiates released during sex, and other pleasurable stuff. These bind to those receptors and make you feel good. Heroin mimmicks endorphins by binding to mu-opiod receptors and essentially "tricks" your brain to produce more endorphins which overstimulates the pleasure centers of the brain making you feel "high". However once you come down, your endorphins are depleted and your body chemically requires heroin to substitute its role as endorphins. Without natural endorphins your body gets withdrawl symptoms, so you crave heroin for its endorphin mimicking activity and slowly the cycle of addiction becomes more and more apparent, until you've fucked it. Alcoholism is either due to genetics, depression or addictive personalities(this can obviously apply to any addiction). There are probably more factors but I'd say those are the main ones. Basically, it's a shoddy comparison. Billions of people worldwide consume alcohol and there's a small percentage of those that are alcoholics.. How many heroin users are there? I don't really know... but I'm willing to guess that at least 70-80% of them are addicted and fucking themselves up and causing everyone around them a great deal of stress and mental anguish. As I said, stick with a spliff.
"According to the Institute of Medicine of the National Academy of Science, 32 percent of people who try tobacco become dependent, as do 23 percent of those who try heroin, 17 percent who try cocaine, 15 percent who try alcohol and 9 percent who try marijuana." - I'm sure in reality numbers are even more in favor of currently illegal drugs compared to alcohol and tobacco as independent researches show that even most dangerous illegal drugs are not, or not much more dangerous and addictive than tobacco and alcohol. Although I don't recommend people to try heroin I do recommend to learn about it. It's same as with people who are pro-cannabis and talk BS about psychedelics. Alcoholism is about withdrawals as much as heroin if not more. And withdrawals from alcohol can be even more dangerous. They don't have same mechanism that causes addiction but degree of addiction they cause is similar.
I wouldn't wish opiate addiction on anyone. To be honest, I wish I was back in your position right now so I could have made the choice not to try it. Since I've become addicted to opiates my life has been one trainwreck after another. Make the right choice. I'm not trying to preach to you, I just don't want to see another human being go through what I have just for the sake of getting high. I'm not saying shit will the fan for you for certain, but what I am trying to say is you could certainly be in that position if you don't make the obvious right choice. Good luck to you in whatever decision you make.
Hey im new here, but in my hometown on Vancouver Island there was a really potent batch of H that killed a bunch of people. Just because they weren't expecting it to be A quality. I was reading up on it because I was also curious of trying H , but that kind of steered me back to the tried and true
You should stay away.. the thing about heroin is you never know how pure its gonna be.. so dosing is tough, most heroin sucks, and its cut with who knows what.. but the good stuff is fuckin great.. that makes it easy to do to much.. so if your not already into it.. I stick with pills, u know what ur getting
I don't even know about that, most pills rarely have a high amount of MDMA... the majority are jumbled up with speed and washing powder
Yep sure was... hpwever prescription pills still have ingredients that aren't great to shoot up .. a wheel filter works good for that though.. I gave up opiates though becuz using can be stressful for you and friends/family so really, I don't recommend anyone uses opiates, ecspecially herion.. stick with the bud
Shit. Even lately it seems like you can't even rely on pharm pills to be completely reliable anymore. I'm hearing of more and more people buying "fake" pills that were pressed up to mimic real ones and either have something completely different or are just inactive. The more greedy people become the worse this game gets.
A person that wanted to make a poor decision but do so with maximum precaution would start with a tiny amount--maybe a matchhead size bump--and titrate from there, allowing sufficient time between redoses. Be on the eye out for suspicious chunks--could be fentanyl, which might kill you before your mucous membranes have even fully absorbed it.
Heroin round my way (UK london based area) is good and potent pain pills are not given out easily!! i've had morphine and oxys off cancer patients, only once from another source and that was just oxy. we get free healthcare here so they don't go chucking you loads of stupidly potent opiates to make loads of money off you. Heroin is decent because you can smoke it and nod nicely (i don't inject anything). Think the addiction and shit is so over hyped.
