Braided my dreads

Ok so they're only a month old so they mostly don't look like braided dreads just braided hair. I have a gig tomorrow and trying to see if they'll curl. 49 dread count!

 

The first thing that pops into my head when I see curly dreads is: Dread Perm.

Good to know that is just might have been braided instead.

 

Oh god no dread perm. Wouldn't do that. Too poor even if I wanted to lol. But yes, just braided.

 

They turned out pretty good

 

They look so coool

 

Cool . I twist mine into little knots sometimes to curl them. The knots looks cute and I've gotten tons of compliments on the curl

Oh that's awesome! Reminds me of star wars. How did you do them? Twist and use hair ties?

Then stop brushing your hair! lol

 

Twist two together, and around ,tuck the bottom- No hair ties.
