Anyone happen to know the correlation between tolerance and delayed ejaculaion? Like if you are tolerant to the euphoria at a certain dose, does that mean you wouldn't have the delayed orgasm at that same dose? Or does tolerance to the effect come on more slowly?

Delayed ejaculation is common even with standard dosing. I dated a guy who would take half a dose, and between that and anxiety, he would take so long it actually became unpleasant. I don't recommend opioids and sex, or any drugs and sex, actually.

I think sex on opiates isnt great, it definatly takes me longer to cum, my girl has the same problem when she does opiates

Sex should be a unique experience itself and is better WITHOUT drugs IMHO..

I don't know. I don't think about sex practically at all when I take opioids. Since I started Suboxone last year, I have probably 'climaxed' only 20-30 times. It isn't that I WANT to have more sexual energy and I don't. I simply don't care about it and it just doesn't interest me that much.

I can never climax after taking opioids. What I do is take my Vyvanse (d-amph) in the morning, and then 'do my business' around Noon and then take my Suboxone afterwards. I never have any sexual problems. However, like I said, I just simply don't find sex interesting that much.

i've actually used low dose hydrocodone as a sexual aid..usually about 10mg. it's a very fine line for me between opiates working to improve sex, or just completely ruin it..

i've never had super bad control issues, but sometimes it's very nice to make her climax 4 times in a row...i guess i'm a giver.
