I completely disagree with you, Salvia Divinorum creates Out of body experiences just as reliably if not moreso than DMT. People actually report blacking out on DMT as in not having any memory of the experience from DMT. I have smoked upwards of 100 mgs and have about 25 trips from DMT and about the same from Salvia. Here is an amazing trip report from a notable underground psychedelic author named D.M.Turner that illustrates the power of Salvia Divinorum even when smoked side by side with DMT. http://www.lavondyss.com/donut/j9.html
Welp we'll just have to agree to disagree. I've smoked plenty of both and stand by my assessment. Also the trip report you shared is from smoking DMT and Salvia basically at the same time so I would expect an amazing trip report, mostly because of the 30mg of DMT that was there. I do not think Salvia holds anywhere near the potential DMT does on its own. By the way, I am aware of who the author you posted is and disagree with several of his opinions from The Essential Psychedelic Guide. Also keep in mind, he did die shooting up Ketamine in a bathtub, not the brightest idea.
Fair enough The point is the dude's name is D.M.Turner and I'm going to take it you didn't even read it if that's the response you are giving. But to sum it up: By the end it seemed that DMT was unhappy and had lost face by being unseated, possibly for the first time. The Salvia entity seemed reasonably comfortable in her ability to deal with DMT. I actually prefer DMT myself, just giving you a hard time because I have much respect for Salvia Divinorum and that Trip Report is amazing.
