Some more advice on opium needed,please help ! (picture included)

i have around 30 fresh poppy heads,very green and moist still and am doing my best to keep them that way,can anyone help me on a very simplistic method of turning these smokeable ? when i cut them small amounts of milk seems to drool out the sides but how do i go about turning it smokeable ? thank you all opiheads..

The white milky sap you can just dry out and when it turns brown and hard you have pure opium. You can smoke that. I have some pretty simple instructions you can follow to turn it into Morphine or Heroin, if you want them I have to find them.
