that cop is so stupid. He should be put in jail. a tazer makes you so you can't move at all so when that guy crashed his bike he could not put his hands down to block the fall or nothing he just slammed hard right on his head. that cop should be charged with man slaughter at least.

plus the reason for the cop even going after the guy in the first place is stupid. the guy was as normal man doing nothing wrong and he gets killed for no reason.

Seems to be another case of, if in doubt - shoot it first and ask questions later.
Communication skills are, if not lost then forgot - my concern is "would you trust this Cop with your children? MeThinks not
Suely in law it is a crime, and although not Murder / justifable homicide, the taking of a life is a taking of a life - if an example is not made of those who are supposed to set, mantain are promote standards of behaviour then there will be resentment and thoughts of retribution, thpough however / whatever form that takes it will not bring the victim back

What the fuck is he doing on patrol on his own, totally unsupervised, with an arsenal at his disposal and an ego problem...when it states he's been on the force only a month???

Puggy, my grandson's father was a police officer for a few months. They turned him loose on his own like that too - fresh out of the starting gate. I was shocked but I guess that's the way it's done sometimes.
