I had this problem too when i first wanted to slow down, tho it wasn't really the sleep i couldn't do but the dreams. IDK but for me toking before bed gave me a relaxed, comfortable, drift to dream world - so vivid and intense. Ever get those crazy music session in your head, that blow you away?! Anywho, took me a few days to stop waking up every 5 mins because of sober sleep. Tho weeds pretty easy to drop. Now cigarettes, those little bitches suck. They aren't a problem if i remain sober but if i start drinking or token, that like cigarette shaped :devil: gets on my shoulder. On Dec 1st i decided to quit for 100 days again - i know i can do the 100 days like before, but i hope i'll continue well past that.
