Shame, Mr. Cain was the only one I really liked. Oh well, I didn't figure the system would let a buisness man take the highest office anyways

Hell everyone I know wonders why no one we NEED gets in the race, this is why, the new channels, other politicans, and indivuals will go out of their way to knock you down. Palin, Stupid? hardly, and the way they attacked Cain just as he got to the top of polls? I mean hell, you don't even need proof, just throw charge after charge. I'd never run for office with that kind of fire, it could get someone killed

what one is? Has any of them other than Mr. Cain ever had to make a profit in the privet sector? from what I can see, all of them are tax cheating fat cats that take advantage of the tax payer and buy the votes of those that don't pay taxes, and yes Repupic hairs are just as guilty as dominacrats! (only fix, fire them all)

There are many fronts on which I could attack this poor rebut. I could point out that you've completely failed to answer my question.

I could point out that many politicians, including Presidents started out in business:
George HW Bush started his own oil company. I hear it was pretty successful.
Jimmy Carter took over the family farming business and successfully expanded it.
Our SECOND President was a major plantation owner.

I could also point out that Hermann Cain's business record is far from clean; that he is one of those fat cats. He was a director at a company, Aquila, Inc., that got in trouble for tricking employees into making poor investment choices and giving the executives $30 million dollars in bonuses the same year that the retirement fund lost $200 million. During a class action lawsuit, Aquila, settled for $10.5 million.
    He IS a fat cat.

Or I could just point out, as my original statement was meant to, that there is little difference between business and politics.

well the first part of that I ignore completely, yes we have had buisness people in office in the past, currently no.

secondly I already saw the track on his deallings and decided the good out numbered the bad.

But I have to admit you got me on that last part, I tried writing a list and the only thing I could come up with is in government the need to profit is void and you can print money ^_^' Other than that you still 'control' the masses.

Me agreeing with you doesn't mean Obama would be a better bet though, anyone wanting to raise taxes on my boss is indirectly threating my job, and sorry to say, untill the idea of monitary gain is rejected by the rest of the world I need that job to eat.

Raising taxes on your boss wouldn't threaten your job at all. Most small business owners don't make/own enough to get their taxes raised too much under his plan; big businesses have ample money, compared to the amount that the taxes would be taking out, and their economics are way more complex than that argument gives them credit for.
Raising taxes on businesses is a whole different thing; however, Obama has proposed a payroll tax cut, which would mean that businesses would be encouraged to have more employees.

The one we need is Ron Paul, and he's certainly in the race. Chances are really high he's going to win Iowa and New Hampshire, the first primary states.

Glad to see Herman Cain backed out. I don't know whether he actually meant his intentions to be good rather than personal gain (his statement mentioned "prayer" and "soul searching"), but his political ideas are still incredibly flawed. And he could easily be manipulated by any of his "advisors". We don't need another puppet president. Plus he used to be a Federal Reserve chairman and believes in the flawed Keynesian theory.

Bush(it) was a "business" man... A Failed Businessman, and yet he still made it to the highest office in the land. Now explain that!

Also note that Cain only "suspended" his campaign. He did not end it. That's cause he's still getting contributions. Mustn't stop the Gravy Train!

The Master don't like his house ****** lying and cheating! But it's just fine for white masters like Gingrich!
