Does anyone else feel that way? Like he's just got the same hair, and everything. People love him, he's a republican actor I mean, he's Reagan 2.0, right? I wasn't around to see him rise, or be president though... So anyone that did... Opinions?

I'm a fan of Colbert. Yeah, his Republicanism is an exaggerated spoof but I think he's a sensible Democrat.* *Kinda like us Canucks: Social liberals and reasonably fiscal conservatives.
I know his CRAZY republicanism is a joke. But that doesn't mean he isn't republican... It's about like states rights, and federal rights. Not what the campaigners are saying... So he just says crazy stuff, like ANY OTHER republican... He just happens to know it's funny Maybe he is a Democrat, I just figured when they made the show, that they looked for a Republican that can take a joke
