Well it might be legal in the US, but you'll get your ass beaten in a cloud of chemical weapons, and then charged with assaulting a police officer, while mayors and police chiefs state that they have no problem with your constitutional right to say what you want when you want it and demand redress, but unfortunately for you, there's laws against actually saying what you want and demanding redress, in practice.
