Alright everyone.. Break is coming up and I want a new show to get hooked on. I'm counting on you guys to give me something brilliant. I just finished going through arrested development.. I loved it. I also like dexter, community, breaking bad, weeds, south park, the office, that 70's show, and an occasional aqua teen hunger force (or whatever they're calling it now). I watched the 1st season of californication and thought it was pretty good. I really enjoy dark and surreal humor, satire, and subtle/off color jokes (like in AD). I despise the stupid humor of most sitcoms, and almost every show with a studio audience is terrible. Alright.. blow my mind :mickey:
See if you can find Dead Like Me, it's the type of show you would like. Hasn't been on for a while, but I'm sure you can find torrents of it. Also look for The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret, Todd and the Book of Pure Evil (canandian) and How Not to Live Your Life (british)
I've seen dead like me. It was a decent show. Not amazing, but it was canceled too soon. I haven't heard of the other ones, I'll check them out. Thanks :love:
I got nothing, t.v has been off because nothing is interesting on t.v anymore........... and we have satelitte lol
Check out a British show called "Sherlock". It's a modern take of the old Sherlock Holmes stories and it's brilliant! The episodes are about an hour and a half long.. Netflix has it if you have that service.
Always sunny in Philadelphia, The League and yes this might sound terrible if you have cable but The Big Bang theory. Kind of funny at parts but the rest of the time I watch it because I cant afford a Fucking satellite transmitted television system that projects images from FUCKING OUTER SPACE!
I agree with above, It's Always Sunny is my favorite tv show, the humor is all over the place and will make almost anyone laugh. I'm not sure if you'd like Parks and Recreation, but I enjoy that tv show a lot.
