    I've been off work today, so I've had plenty of prep time.

    So tonight I'm doing confit duck legs with garlic mash and julienne carrots. :mickey:

    i had.....chicken tenders and french fries...It was unbelievable...I had to pause inbetween there becasue i compelty forgot lol

    planning to make pasta with peppers,mushrooms and baby marrows with motzarella cheese :2thumbsup:

    At £1.30 it seemed like a nice little meal
