Question for members of PETA, Vegetarians, and Vegans

What do you guys think about eco-terrorism or the more extreme views of eco-genocide?

I made up the word eco-genocide to describe the theory I heard.

Eco-terrorism: Breaking the law to save animals and trees. Stuff like breaking animals out of zoo's, or freeing them from animal testing labs, or destroying machinery with the purpose of stopping, or slowing down the process of making lumber.

Eco-genocide: Its the theory that mankind is a virus, and we need to kill off at least 90% of mankind, and keep the population that low, in order to save the planet from us.

 

Look up Georgia Guidestones and see what they say about that.

 

Thanks for the advice. I looked them up. I still can't believe anyone would get behind the mass murder of billions of people. Especially after seeing what Hitler did. You really want more of that?

I don't eat meat, I don't like the idea of eating an animal.. I don't like the thought of an animal in suffering anywhere but I don't know about my ideas on eco-terrorism or genocide.. Obviously I don't believe in killing billions of people.

So yes, my post was pretty pointless.

 

I didn't mean you as in you personally. I just meant you as in anyone who wanted that sort of thing.

My opinion is I don't mind small time eco-terrorism. Like I don't see the problem with saving some animals from a testing lab, or defacing such places with hateful slogans. But when you set bears, or equally dangerous animals lose from a zoo, that's right in the middle of a highly populated area, that's just being stupid. You already know what I think about eco-genisiced.

Start looking into the goals of Planned Parenthood or other organization who want to cap/reduce world population through birth control. It just makes sense; too many people and too little resourse equal destuction. since people aren't gonna give up sex there needs to good cheap available birth control! It's a no brainer. Lots of religious idiots fight that. Put them on your ignore list.

The less humans the better the world is for all involved but it will take time. No quick, clean easy fix but having fewer people is a great start.

Eco genicide NEVER eco terrorism maybe especially if done through the internet to wreck these companies.

 

If it meant genocide, I'd say fuck the planet.

Eco terrorism , within limits .As long as no one gets hurt .I am all for saving the planet but we must act responsibly even if the corporations dont .They love to show how greenpeace/peta etc break the law to save animals/enviroment while quietly hiding the damage that they are doing toour earth Mother by strip mining it , deforestation, polution etc.

As Wiping out 90% of the populus , not a good idea ,however if we carry on destroying our Earth Mother the way we are ,we will being doing that anyway because there wont be enough livable planet left by the time mankind is finished with her to sustain live .

I just read how the guy was saying stuff about wiping out 90% of human life, and they didn't say how, so I just linked it to what I know has happen in the past when people say stuff like that, and what I thought of was Hitler.

 

So you're taking the anti-genocide position? That's very reasonable, I retract my objection. A 90 % population reduction won't happen, so all we can do is focus on producing for the current population. In less envornmentally detrimental ways.

As a side note, do you know the zombie apocolypse from 28 days later was caused by peta members?

 

i've secretly hoped since i was like 12 that a virus would kill off most of the world since we're fucking things up so much.
however, i don't think genocide is the answer. sooooooo. yeah

 

PETA and Greenpeace have become corporations unto themselves. They may have started with good intentions but power and money have corrupted both organizations.
