I was wondering around in search of a practice which can make the mind peaceful and also helps me to realize god.
Some said, meditate on light. As light is the source of all we can see.
i had doubt then, from where the light is coming from.
then someone said, its coming from a nature, then from where does nature came from, who created it.
if there is a creation, there has to be someone who created it.
Then i came across the process which gave all answers. God has created this creation and we are all childrens of god. We suffer here in this world because we dont follow what our father say and try to impose our rules.
and the best way to make piece of mind is to chant the name of god and serve god and his childrens.

there is no "best". i prefer to focus on simple wordless objects.

if a word can make someone's mind peaceful, well that's fine for them,
but generally, words are precisely what do not.

I usually focus on counting my breaths in and out.

I am not naive enough to assume that the language I have learnt contains the correct word for 'god' God transpires languages, like the feeling of love a mother has for her child, not matter what you call it, it is the same.

The name is irrelevant, it is the sentiment, the feeling and the connection which matters.

'Many paths lead to Rome' 'A rose by any other name would smell as sweet'

It is easy to see that love, taste, smell and joy transpire language, yet we place God, something so magnificent we will never be able to truly justify it with mortal words, in a barrier of language.

    Naive, ridiculous and arrogant.

Meditation is a personal matter much as religion should be ... whatever gets you into your zone is what should be performed.
