So, I am 5 weeks pregnant today... All starting to feel very real, felt a bit ill this morning which is Not going to be fun with a toddler! Just for a bit of background I lost my daughter in September, she was stillborn at 24 weeks... I am noW pregnant again! but a bit reticent to be overly happy about it all... Obviously its a worrying time with what just happened etc But, we survive these things etc... So yeah, probably won't see midwife til after Christmas so I will be about 8 weeks preggers when I get my bloods and booking in done. Due in august 2012... How exciting!
Righty ho, bit of an update. I went in today to find out why my baby girl had died, it turns out she had the cord wrapped around her neck twice and really really tight, that's the only thing they could find that was an issue. So I am good at growing babies, it was just a bizarre twist of fate which is good to know I have my first scan on the 5th January... To check the baby is developing properly, I will be seven weeks pregnant... I am then going to be scanned at 12/16/20/25 weeks to check on bubba... Hopefully by then I can breathe easy and everything will be okay.
I am so sorry that you lost your baby girl. That is not an easy situation to deal with or move on from. I am though thrilled for you that you are are expecting again and I look forward to your update on how you and the wee one is doing. Take care of you and make sure you get some rest and pampering.
Hello, How is the pregnancy going? I am almost 2 months pregnant with my second little one now. Here we go again.. I feel nauseous. >.< I've also been having terrible headaches.
