This other manager, who might be THEE rudest person i have ever met, is really chapping my fucken ass. She is so fucking rude to me and mostly everyone else in the store. She has no idea wtf she is doing and is always telling me that im not doing shit when i always am. She makes the whole work place uncomfortable and the store manager is to much of a pussy to do anything about it!! I dont know what to do because i really like everyone else at the store and dont wanna quit and let her think she can just run people out of the place.

 

Even if the friendly store manager doesn't like drama and confrontation, doesn't mean that you cannot turn to her for help.
Arrange a private meeting with her, formal or informal and tell her that you feel that you may be misunderstood and want to work out a way to prove that you are doing what you should be doing when it needs to be done.

The rude one will reap the consequences of her bad karma, but it may take a long time.
I think some of her rudeness is her realization that she got promoted into a job she cannot handle and she is blowing off stress by taking it out on those under her.
I guess it is obvious to be polite and try to stay out of her way while you wait for her to screw up and get herself fired.

And yesterday i told him that i was sick of her shit and he said he would talk to her but i doubt he will. I was so furious yesterday with her that i had to call my manager and tell her that i was leaving but she convinced me to stay so i did.
This lady has been rude for the 5 months or so she has been working here. She does things like yelling at us out on the floor, being rude as fuck, making false accusations about people, and she even locked me in the fucking store 2 weeks ago. She made a girl cry one time and also another girl said she was gonna go to the bathroom real quick and she said "well you might as well just go home for the day than!" like... wtf is that all about.
and yesterday the bitch pulled me aside and explained why she yelled at me yesterday and why she thought i wasnt doing anything. I was really furious alreayd so i just sat there and stared at her for the most part and told her that if she thinks im not doing anything that she needs to fucking ASK ME what im doing so i can tell her. I really wish she would just pretend i dont exist and never say a word to me!

She can abuse some of the people some of the time, but she can't abuse all the people all the time.
No guarantees, but the law of averages catches up with that much abuse.
A regional manager will eventually hear about this. Yelling is abuse.

Deciding whether to quit or stay is such a personal decision, but based on what you have told us before, you have your own reasons for staying on and I suppose you can find a way to stay out of her way as much as possible.

You do realize that not everyone who needs to be confined to an insane aslyum is already there. There are still some that haven't been caught yet.

 

lol its funny that you mentioned a regional manager because just yesterday our district manager was there. And im sure nothing nothing was brought up about her attitude.
I think were all just hoping she gets fired or transfered.

I quit my job last month and it is amazing how much happier I am in my new gig.
I took a pay cut at first, but it's going back up.
I worked alone, so it's not like I left friends behind at the old place.
But even though working on my own all day, the boss was still yelling on the phone and the work load was crazy, real sweat shop. I think they have a high turnover.

 

We had a guy like that at a place where I used to work. He was so bad with customers and co-workers. So we stuck him in his own cubicle and let him live in his little evil nerdy world alone. He did good work.

But managers don't fix gadgets, they interact with humans all day.

 

ehh fuck it I think ill just win the lottery and leave all this behind
