So wait, is it still being sold in Tennessee? Cause I know its legal there if not intended for human consumption. But do head shops there still carry it on them? I'm thinking of driving down there from up north to go get it, and I want the closest head shop available from Kentucky.

    Who cares?

Salvia is NOT for human consumption, as you will quickly learn if you try to consume it.

None of the head shops in my town (NE Tennessee near VA) carry it. I thought it was illegal.
