I've searched every store in my city and have finally found white grapefruit juice from Concentrate. Will juice from concentrate still potenate Oxycodone? If so how much liquid should I drink before bumping 10mgs? (no tolerance).

    Thanks for any help.

    Peace&Love

if u have no tolerance to oxy or opiates in general.. why are you worried about potentiating the oxy? That sounds like a recipe for overdose.. be careful

^ True. If you have no tolerance then why bother? You're just gonna make yourself sick.

So I can do smaller amounts and dose more times with one pill. I only get one or two a month so I try to get the most out of what I got.
Any real answers from people that have tried potenating with white grapefruit juice?

I've heard WGFJ inhibits the enzyme that breaks down opiates, so you will experience a longer duration. I think this effect is more apparent than an increase in mg-to-mg potency, but I could be wrong. Always exercise caution!! Slow and low!!

I'm trying it right now with a combination of white grapefruit juice and vicoden. I tried this a couple of times previously with red grapefruit juice and noticed no appreciable difference, then I read a thread somewhere on this forum that said you needed to use white grapefruit juice, so I'm trying that. Also Omeprazole to lower stomach acidity and Benadryl to reduce itching, and supposedly it also increases the euphoric effects of opiates.

I thought oxy is now a prodrug, and needs stomach acid (or something like vinegar in a dish?) to turn into oxycodone?

Either way, don't be dumb and potentiate what would be a high dose for you. I know that I've only had it once, but 5mg oxy orally, swallowed with no crushing, had me almost nodding..... Why would you want to start at 10mg, AND potentiation?

The idea of the grapefruit juice I think is to inhibit certain enzymes which help to metabolize opiates, so by delaying metabolism the effects of the opiates can be intensified and prolonged. Except for codeine. It works by metabolizing into morphine, so any technique that delays it's metabolism will actually reduce it's effects. The idea of reducing stomach acid is to allow more of the opiate into your bloodstream. I'm now an hour in to this, and I have to say that I have noticed an increase in effect after drinking grapefruit juice, so it appears to work. But I'm not taking Oxy, just Vicoden. 20 mg so far, but it feels like I've taken 30 mg.

Well, it definitely works. Actually too well, if you ask me. I ended up practically nodding off on pretty much the same dose that usually has me feeling perked up and energetic.
