I go back and forth between stuff like vics, oxy, dillies and recently came across demerol when nothing else was there. And now it's all gone and there's hardly any money for more so I decided to try kickin' it all again. Maybe for good this time. I've been through WD before with xanax and vics/oxy, couldn't move for a week. The pain kept me from sleeping (much) and eating. Was screaming most of the time. Took a break for about 6-7 months. Started back up. Stopped and had no WDs. Started again after the same amount of time and here I am now. Ran out a few days ago but found more and decided to wait to lose this 'cold' before taking them. Then it hit me, what if it isn't a cold and is just WDs? Looked up the symptoms for demerol and got some mixed answers, heard some things I hadn't heard before. Symptoms are: sneezing, runny nose, deep aches/pain on/off (like it's in the bone not muscle), slight fever, insomnia, anxiety/paranoia. The sneezing and runny nose had me thinking it was just a cold and it almost all went away after taking the last of the pills. The nose was a little runny but it was done just before bed. Took them about 4 hours before it stopped. Woke up at 3am (bed at about 10-11pm) sweating, freezing and freaking out at every noise. Eventually fell back to sleep. The point of this is, asking those who have been through or know someone that has been, how long do the WDs last (about)? When does it usually peak? What is your experience with it (WDs)? I wasn't using the demerol long. It hit so fast after it was gone. Crazy. And yeah it's different for everyone but I'm just looking for abouts and to see if the information I gathered (symptoms) is correct. It's a totally different experience compared to what I had been through previously and it has me a little confused along with everything else going on.. Dumb question? lol
Depending on what opiate you are addicted too, it could be 3-6 days, or even months for some people.. i was doing heroin, dilly's, opana, and fentanyl everyday, not all at once, but id have at least one of those, def more then once a day.. and i was using heavy too, i could chew a whole 100mcg fent patch in about 6 hours.. ect ect.. then i got thrown in jail... the main withdraws lasted about 3 days, after that i still couldnt get to sleep for 4 days straight... In it all, it took about 30 days for my body+mind to start feeling normal again from abusing drugs.. i could sleep alot better, my body felt alot better.. my libido even got stronger.. eheheh my GF loved that part

W/D usually lasts 8 days for acute physical symptoms. It peaks at day 5 or so according to most people and places. Good luck.
Thanks! It peaked around day 3 I think. Got no sleep and it was like my bones were shrinking or something. Still feel it buts it's way better. Still sucks ass though.
