Which drugs are best for either suppressing the appetite, or just making someone lose weight in general? Serious answers only please, please don't post "Oh that's not the right route" or shit like that.
There are medications that do that. If you mean illicit drugs, then I'd probably with with something like Amphetamine.
Cigarettes and adderall would probably be the easiest ones to get. Mephedrone, MDMA, methylone, meth and stuff like that will work too, but I wouldn't take that EVERYDAY just to lose weight. Simply burn more calories than you consume and you will lose weight.
Pretty much any stimulant, especially amphetamines. Not anything you want to do daily like Brudof said. Wouldnt recommend any for weight loss since many if not all are addictive and probably more hazardous to your health then a couple pounds. I dont really know how much you weigh though
Basically you want something that will both suppress appetite for many hours a day and also give you energy that you no longer have from food. Ignoring toxicity and addictive potential, this points to things like crystal meth, MDPV, etc. Certainly nothing you'd want to do regularly. Actually MDPV is the MD'd version (just like MDMA is the MD'd version of crystal meth) of Pyrovalerone, a prescribed weight loss drug.
I have to take adderall daily for my ADD. It tends to take away my appetite sometimes it even makes food horrible to eat. I also smoke cigarettes though. The only problem is you sort of have to force yourself to eat on adderall or else you may start getting stomach-aches, nausea and a hell of a headache. Adderall won't have you tweaking out that bad either but it may lift your mood up a bit and still give you that boost of energy. I tend to get somewhat depressed when my medication wares off though so take the side-effects into consideration.
