Anybody else watch this show? I'm a huge car freak and this has got to be my favorite show. I've seen just about every episode past like, season 3 and now I feel kind of empty with no more top gear to watch. I just absolutely love cars, and the humor of the presenters is awesome. There's also the fact that they do some things that are seriously incredible. 3 older british men and they were the first people to drive a car to to the north pole. They've driven across botswana and boliviaand vietnam and the middle east in secondhand cars, among other places. It's really an outstanding show and I recommend it to anyone, whether you're interested in cars or not. Basically I'm just looking for people to talk to about it since I don't have anymore to watch. I'm sure there's got to be some other people who know the awesomeness of this program
The British version is so much better then the American one. Did you know the Stig revealed who he was and ended up their rival show 5th gear as a speaking presenter. He does not have the personality of the Top Gear hosts, but most race drivers can drive, and that's it. They do not need flair if they can do that well. I was sort of hoping I could replace him, but they didn't call lol.
I knew that he revealed who he was but I didn't know he joined fifth gear. I suppose that explains why they were so hateful towards him after he left lol. Yeah the american one is crap. Its upsetting to watch just because of how much they try to steal from the UK one. I can understand doing similar challenges and such, but when they try to imitate the UK presenters' senses of humor it's just a little bit pathetic. I do like Tanner Foust though. He's a pretty damn good driver. I would love to drive around that track. I wish I could become famous in the next few years just so I could be the star in the reasonably priced car. It's a dream of mine.
the British version was and is far better the Australian version that was previously on channel nine at one point. yes i do watch top gear the proper British version of the show.
I used to love the show but now I just find it boring. Every episode is so formulaic and predictable. The jokes are identical, the challenges repeated, tired and outdated. Even the presenters look bored half of the time.
How is Fifth Gear? I've been interested in watching it but I don't want to be disappointed. I do love cars, so I'm sure it'll be interesting, but I don't know about adjusting to different presenters.
I like Top Gear. Haven't seen much yet. People kept telling me to watch it, but I don't care about cars so I didn't think I'd like it too much. But my friend kept showing me clips and I realised you don't need to love cars to get completely into this show. So now I'm going to get into it
