Do I have a chance with her?

So there's this girl, we dated about a year ago but she broke up with me because she was going through a lot. But I somehow fell into the friend zone after that. She calls herself my "big brother" and tells me she loves me calling me "Sis". A while back she started dating a girl and fell in love. The girl broke her heart and is now sleeping around, and STILL sleeping with my girl all the while saying she doesn't know why she wants. My girl is heart broken.
But the thing is.. She cares about me. Says she loves me and calls me a lot. She had an accident the other day. She took the wrong medicine. She blacked out and woke up in the ER. she says she doesn't remember anything but she texted me on the way to the hospital saying that she was going to the hospital, she didn't know what was wrong, and she loves me. She was stoned out of her mind and had just fell out on the street, but texted me none the less. The other day she called me "extremeley beautiful" but then said "not trying to be weird or anything". Should I tell her my feelings? It's hard watching her pine for someone who will never deserve her..

 

I would stay in the friend zone and let her come to you if thats what she wants....but if I was you I wouldnt go pour out my feelings to her , just wait and see what she does and where shes going.
