Hey guys, I'm new and I'm really looking for a drug forum where everyone is accepting (everywhere else seems to be pretty established and hostile to newbies like myself)
Basically I'm interested in psychedelics and how they work, especiallyyyy how they're made.
But i mostly just wanna chat, with anyone who's interested in that kind of thing.

Welcome, we have a psychedelics forum on this site filled with many knowledgable individuals. I don't think this site is exempt from giving noobs a hard time but most people are pretty chill.

yeah, there is a whole forum for psychedelics, with subforums like LSD, magic mushrooms, and synthetic drugs

i think we are mostly hostile to newbies IF they're ignorant. but i'm equally hostile towards regulars that are ignorant :)

I haven't noticed a hostile environment here. My first post int he meditation section was very warmly welcomed. Good peoples here.

    Welcome to the forums :3

I am also interested in Psychedelics. I started my psychedelic journey for the first time less than a week ago. Been a daily pot smoker for about 2 years but the fact it stays in the system too long forced me to quit :'( So I tried some DXM. First time was interesting but a low dose for my weight. Second time was a true experience. I want to learn more about this. I hope you find what you're looking for!

dxm is a dissociative (like ketamine, PCP, and the new methoxetamine). dissociative do produce psychedelic states, but classical psychedelics like LSD, mushrooms, cacti, DMT, etc. are a different class of drugs.

(the lesson to be learned about DXM - there are better things out there)

I have never experienced dissociation on it. In fact for me it's quite deep and I can meditate at a high level with it. With Goa Trance I space out and discover myself and then I take it down to Ambient Natural tunes (Nirvana radio on Shoutcast) and have a several-hour deep meditation.

But things have different effects for different people.

I do want to try LSD but I am so new to psychedelics that I don't know anyone yet who really does them. This will change though and I am sure I will move on to something else.

But you are right. The general consensus on DXM is that it's like PCP and Ketamine. For me I feel amazing and the comedown is probably the best part. For days I feel so alive and with such an open mind. It makes me feel a point on the front of my face that allows me to go into meditation even without it.

I have a much different brain chemistry than most people though. I can smoke meth and go to sleep for example.
