So NJ is OFFICIALLY instituting the PDMP 100% full blown as of 1/6/11! Before I think it was voluntary and mostly the chains were required to register, not the M&P's. Now all must bow to the all powerful Big Brother and get raped in the a** by his overreaching powers into our personal lives - yeah I'm a little bitter that Govt. mandates how much pain one is in and what they can and can't take for it. Well with this some of the good 'ol Docs are running far far away, which is putting a downer on the supply. Also pharms that ALWAYS had a full stock, for some reason are out or running really low. On another forum someone started a thread that Pharms are limited to how many bottles they can carry - something ridiculous like 6, 100 bottles of Oxy HL - WHAAAAA!!! I don't believe that only 6 patients a month? There wouldn't be enough pharmacies in the US to handle all the PM patients. Thought I don't agree with the amounts stated, there is something fishy going on, just not sure what. There was a shortage on the Mali's brand for a few weeks, back in Oct - Dec, but there was plenty of other brands. Now all Pharms are out of stock on all or running out where they have to blend the scripts with diff Manufactures, since there isn't enough of one brand, hmmm!!! So anyone here from NJ/PA area that's been feeling the effects of the new legislature? If so, how is it affecting you? Peace - ~*JBits*~
