i just took a quick search on wiki about stilton cheese, and just found out that for a cheese to be qualified stilton cheese, it has to be made in the counties of Derbyshire, Leicestershire or Nottinghamshire

therefore if you make stilton cheese in Stilton, it wont be stilton cheese, because Stilton is in the Cambridgeshire county

and now i could use some cheese
