Electricity/Possibility mixing with my own DJ equipment at Ocala in february

Im not like a professional DJ or anything but i got a badass mixer and a program to go with it on my laptop with a shit ton of all kinds of the best music that id like to mix with, is there any where to like hook up all my electrical shit and mix? Are they going to have camps for that or is there a select few who are "qualified" to play/mix music?

 

No and it disturbs the animal with whom we share those woods, but thanks for the offer!

I'm sure the acoustical saw will be enjoyed at many camps and communal fires!

 

But even if you have your own juice you won't want to mix 24/7 more than half way in at any gathering.

 

Thx ghost, ya took th words rite out my mouth. The point of allthis was & is to cleanse & heal ourselves. Wot u carry n2 th woods u carry on ur back. & just as importantly more as in trash is supposed 2 b carried out than in. It's why it's called a gathering instead of wot some call festival or rave/party. Some folks attending may havebeen in their 90's some may havebeen over 100 yrs old(notsure). Many r in their 80's. Somemay havebeen born here(notsure). Many weddings have happened.

No juice in the woods. Maybe some body in Bus Village would let you hook up to their RV and do some low key jamming out. Maybe not. We are there for peace and tranquility and to gather to pray for peace and harmony in the world. And connect with family as at any family reunion. That is what a Gathering is. A Rainbow Family reunion. I wish I had a vehicle so I could take my drums. I got two Congas and a set of Bongos. Want a Djembe. Maybe if I can hook up with my friends in St Augustine I can visit the drum shop there. If I can afford a small one. Maybe Scott will give me a good deal.

dont let some fuddy duddies tell you what to do bro! I always hear radios sometimes super lowd at the parking lot... but if you can bring a generator and a pa, you should scout a spot maybe 5 miles away from the gathering and invite everybody over for a rave in the woods but that way the music doesn't bother the hippies...

It's the national forest, and people can tell you what to do all they want but rainbo is as free as this country gets... still, you wouldn't want to hear the bass thumping through rainbow-land.. so yeah, in the past people have brought pas to the woods down the road where it won't bother people.. but a lot of people at the gathering would love that shit

And onevoice i appreciate the response haha that does sound like a pretty cool idea having a little section of the woods for a good ol dubstep mixing session haha but your right i dont want to disturb anyone and since this will be my first gathering im going to do everything in my power not to piss anyone off or break any rules. I want peace and good vibes just like everyone else. Besides, I dont have my own PA or generator :/ im slacking heh i just dont have the money for either of those right now, all i have is my laptop, mixer, and music! haha but i will keep in my what you said, that sounds like a badass idea for a night or two
