Sorry for the probably shitty report. It is the first and only trip report that I have written. This happened about 6 months ago I'd say

At the time of this experience, I was fairly experienced with psychedelics. Psychedelics I have used prior to this experience were: Marijuana, Shrooms, Dextromethorphan, Salvia Divinorum, LSD, MDMA, and LSA. I had also used various drugs which aren't psychedelics.

It was a Saturday evening and I was hanging out with my friend, lets call him Austin. We both really wanted to trip ,but due to a lack of funds we were unable to get any shrooms. I had used Morning Glory before and had a good experience, but not a strong one (I only took about 200 seeds that time). I told Austin about the seeds, he was skeptical ,but willing to try them. His truck was having problems so we took the walk to Walmart and got 8 packets of Flying Saucers and 8 packets of Heavenly Blues. We got back to his truck and sat there for awhile trying to figure out what to do. He tried calling his mother and it turned out that she was not going to be home that night, so we decided to take the risk of driving to his house, which was about a 30 minute drive into the country.

When we got to his house we immediately washed the seeds off in hot water and grinded them up into a fine powder. We split the powder and each put our half (About 350 seeds) into a glass of warm generic Mountain Dew. The taste was absolutely disgusting, but not as bad as the texture. We were both in a good mood and were looking forward to the trip. The nausea hit us instantly. I took 50mg of Diphenhydramine and 3 Tums to help fight the nausea, Austin took 2 Tums. After a few minutes of sitting on his couch, I decided that I needed some fresh air, so we sat on his deck. His property is beautiful. It's out in the country with many trees and two creeks. It is also night time so there are many stars in the sky. I sit there looking up at the stars and talking to Austin. After about 30 minutes, I was still feeling a little nauseous, but it was starting to kick in. It was that strange stage when you don't feel high, but you just feel different.

We went back inside so that I could set up my laptop before I started tripping. We decided to make a playlist on iTunes so we could just relax while tripping. I was sitting in a chair and Austin was lying on a couch across from me. At this point, about 45 minutes after consuming the seeds, I was noticing mild visuals, mainly a waving effect. While we were making the playlist, I would ask Austin his opinion of a song and at some points it would take me a minute or two before I could get his attention, even if I yelled. At this point I knew that he was beginning his journey. With some concentration, we finished the playlist, which mainly consisted of The Beatles, Pink Floyd, Some trance and some dubstep.

About an hour after consuming the seeds, we were both tripping pretty hard. I was lying on the couch watching the walls, TV, floor, dog, blanket, and entertainment system, wave and melt and morph. I was extremely relaxed. It felt as if I was melting along with the walls. I looked at Austin and he was walking around the island counter in the kitchen, again and again. I looked at a stuffed goose which was hanging on the wall. It began to twist and morph, and soon it grew another head, which came out of it's backside. I looked up at a large shark replica which was hanging from the ceiling, it appeared to be swimming towards me. I then looked at his dog, which was sleeping. It appeared to have a huge grin across it's face and looked like it was dancing on it's side to the music. I stood up and it felt like I was floating, I could barely feel my legs moving below me. It was a very dream-like high. I went out the back door to take relieve myself. I stood there for a moment absorbing the beauty of the country night, listening to the creek. As I was pissing off of his deck, the row of trees in front of me appeared to be waving in the wind, not just the branches, but the whole tree. A bush off to the side began to morph and it looked to me like a lizard. I floated back into the house and broke into random dance. It was how people dance in videos of Woodstock. I felt extremely happy and peaceful.

My friend grabbed a helmet, which looks like one an astronaut would wear. He put it on and walked around like a robot. He did this for about 5 minutes not saying anything, even if I talked to him. It was really tripping me out. I told him I was going out to take another piss, the soda we drank with the seeds was coming out of me pretty quick. He took off the helmet and told me to wear it. I asked him why and he said " It will protect you, you can't breathe without it". I asked him "What are you talking about?" to which he replied "You'll see.", and I did. I stepped outside and everything was quiet. It felt as if I was an explorer on another planet, the dark night and dead silence in the helmet was eerily beautiful. I slowly float back inside, trying to absorb as much beauty from the strange planet before I stepped back inside. When I got inside, Austin took the helmet off of my head. I told him that it was awesome and he replied "Told you".

I lay back on the couch and he lays on the one next to it. I close my eyes and enjoy some beautiful closed eye visuals. Beautiful colors and patterns which I have never seen and doubt I will ever see again. I look at him and tell him "Dude, it looks like your sliding off of the couch!"."But I'm not!" he replied. Of course he wasn't, it just looked like it. I close my eyes to watch the closed eye visuals again. After a couple minutes I hear Austin say "What the fuck?". I look at him and he is on all fours on the floor. I started cracking up and tried to explain to him why I was cracking up. I told him "Dude, I just heard you say 'What the Fuck?' and when I looked you were on the floor! And you haven't even gotten up yet!" I continued to crack up while he crawled on the floor looking at his hands, saying "What the fuck?". I stood up and asked him what he was looking at, he told me to look at my hands. I did and my hands were waving and they were different shades with the middle of them twisting. He gets off the floor and back onto the couch. I picked up an empty two liter and kicked it. It went maybe only 3 feet in the air. We both watched it until it landed. I asked Austin "Did that seem like it took forever to hit the ground? It felt like I was watching it for at least a minute." He agreed and then brought up the point that we would look like idiots to anyone else if they saw us kicking around a bottle. I sat on the other couch and we starred at each other for a couple minutes. Austin broke the silence by laughing and saying " Dude, this is weird just sitting here starring at each other, but your tripping me out.". I replied "Yeah, but I'm just tripping off of you.". We starred at each other for a few more minutes and he told me it looked like I had 4 eyes. We began to talk about different things. Mainly about how, with psychedelics, two people are experiencing two different universes, and there is no way to comprehend what the other is going through. The other thing that we spent a good amount of time talking about, which is a weird effect of the seeds, is that even though I was right in front of him, it was like he was alone. He couldn't comprehend that there was another human being right in front of him. It was like he read my mind, because I was having the same effect. We knew there was somebody right in front of us but it didn't feel like it at all and it was hard to comprehend that he was another human being. I thought about it and it was impossible for me to understand myself as a human being. I was just energy, floating around.

We decided to go upstairs and try to fall asleep. We brought my laptop upstairs, but I felt extremely confused. I had no idea where to start when setting up my laptop or disconnecting it. After lying down for awhile Austin asked me " Are you going to sleep?" and I replied " No, I'm still tripping.". He then said one of the most beautiful things I ever heard " You know what sounds good? Ice Cream and a Movie.". We got up and went downstairs. We ate chocolate ice cream and watched Amadeus. It was the most refreshing ice cream I ever had, because I was feeling extremely hot. Austin decided to go take a bath. When he came back downstairs he told me about the rainbow water. For me, the trip came to somewhat of an abrupt end. I was tripping hard and then maybe about 45 minutes later I felt mostly sober. The trip for me lasted about 6 hours. I was feeling extremely tired so I went to bed. Austin stayed up another hour or two, still tripping pretty hard before going to bed. For him the experience lasted about 7-8 hours. We slept extremely well that night. We slept for about 11 hours. We both felt off most of the next day. I am unsure whether it was because of the seeds or because we had slept for 11 hours.

Overall it was a wonderful, fun, and beautiful experience. I would definitely be interested in trying it again. If you decide to try it make sure to have something to help the nausea!

Cool TR. That astronaut helmet idea sounds great!

I am continually impressed by the detailed descriptions of the LSA trip, it sounds like it's for real but it also seems preparation for the nausea is mandatory as well. I notice on several parts you talk about how you didn't feel like there was anyone else in the room with you and that no one else could possibly know what you are experiencing, this sounds sort of different from LSD which I find has a tremendous sense of connectivity. Would you say that LSA has more of a 'detached' quality to the trip than LSD?

Hmm. I don't know if I would call it detached but definitely not as attached to others as LSD. The effect is really hard to describe. With the experiencing different universes on psychedelics we were just talking about how one person is having a whole other experience with what they are seeing, thinking, feeling, etc. Not feeling like he was there is a really weird effect that I haven't experienced with anything else. It was just hard to comprehend that he was human, as it was hard to comprehend myself as a human. Everything was just energy if that makes since. Really hard to describe

Well I tried MGs for the first time today after much deliberation on how many to take and what method to use. Here it is:

    1. I purchased 300 Ferry-Morse heavenly blue seeds and put them in a ziploc bag (forgot to wash them off ... good thing they weren't treated!!).

    2. I used a hammer to smash all the seeds up, making sure to not leave any seed still intact.

    3. I did the cold water extraction (CWE) method by soaking the seeds in 12 oz. of cold, distilled water for about 35 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes or so. I made sure to keep the mixture in my fridge under a handtowel so it would not catch any light.

    4. After about 35 minutes I strained the seeds out of the water with some wire mesh strainer thing (for lack of a better term) my wife uses to cook with. I kept the lights off and only had some sunlight coming through the window across the room with the shades all the way down.

    5. I took 5 chewable, tums tables and 1 vitamin C pill (I read several accounts of this helping with the stomach problems).

    6. I then drank the liquid (which surprisingly had relatively no taste at all) and followed it with a shot of rum as a chaser.

    Here's my report:

Although not common from what I have read, I started feeling the effects within about 10 minutes of ingestion. I basically felt like I was stoned. I was a little jittery but I found that whatever I was doing caused the high to react in that manner. For instance at first I was cleaning my kitchen in a hurry and found that I was really anxious. Then I sat and listened to some Pink Floyd and found I was super mellow. I would suggest just doing super mellow stuff to maximize the effects.

I had a little nausea but it was very minimal. I had almost zero stomach pain; maybe just a little bit here and there but completely manageable and not at all interfering with normal activites. I only felt like I might throw up one time but it came and went very quickly and I attribute it to the fact that I was actually getting an MRI done at the time and was feeling claustraphobic! I had some minor open eye visuals while staring at the ceiling but had to concentrate to see them.

When I was leaving from my MRI (about 1 1/2 horus after ingestion) I was almost at my peak. I basically just felt stoned. I came home, turned on some Pink Floyd, and stared a a trippy picture on my wall. I had the most visuals here but still I had to concentrate somewhat. Parts of the picture were moving and twirling and even melting at points. I also could see my carpet and tile floors doing the same. I took the dog for a walk and that was pretty fun. I could see the ground having the same effect but I still had to stop and sort of "blur" my eyes to see it happen (much like the picture and floors).

I had somewhat of an introspective attitude but was just really enjoying nature more than I normally would on a walk with my dog. I had distinct awareness of every little thing around me. I was listening to Pink Floyd again and really could hear every layer of music (much like another comment I read in this fourm). I noticed a time distortion: Everything that I did seemed like it took three times as long as it actually took. My trip to the hospital for my MRI took an hour but it felt like 3. My walk with the dog felt like 2 hours when it was really 30 minutes.

It lasted maybe 4-5 hours and I was back to normal. I was able to control myself throughout the entire time and never lost mental or physical faculties. I basically just felt stone but when I stopped and stared at things that could be trippy then I would catch some visuals.

All in all i'd say it was pretty neat. Next time I will try more seeds in hopes of better visuals and a longer "high." I also may try soaking them longer. Hope this helps.
