sit down and feel the earth below your feet and feel the sky above your head and feel these two energies entering you and running along your chakras .. you can get rid of your negative stuff by evacuating it down into the earth and do breathing exercices to push them out . the earth will recycle them!after a while stand up and feel you are a bridge between the earth and the sky! another exercice is to go touch a tree and feel its energy..thank the trees when it gives you pretty fruits! fruits and plants are absolutely priceless ...their value is not a value that can be expressed in money.. we must learn that when we live on a piece of land..
Why do I need to sit down and go through all that tedious stuff to feel the earth? If it's there, I will feel it without any effor at all. On the other hand, if I'm concentrating on feeling something the I'm pretty certain I will feel it. The imagination is an incredibly powerful thing.
