coolest thing your cat does?

my boy cat, nacho, is totally fucking awesome...we rescued him and his sister from cold outside weather, and they've been home since...

nacho is a very cuddly cat...he is about a year old, and loves to purr and play... he will jump on top of couch and lay behind you purring as your sitting down.

another time him and his sister, oscar, both jumped on my chest when i was sleeping and started purring and nudging me.

nacho will also jump on the toilet when i'm taking a shower and wait.

and when come home, he'll be waiting by the door for me.

he also will take his paw and hook it into my arm when he wants me to pet him.

he doesn't mind getting wet when he drinks from the bath tub.

and he somehow tied a ribbon on my girlfriends keys...

he will purposely grab keys off coffee table, knock them on floor, and pick them up with his mouth and take off with them and guard them under the bed.

Spooky will jump from the floor to the top of an open door and balance there on the door edge. This is not a running jump, he will just be standing next to the door and jump. Fuggin amazing.

One of our cats seems to always know when I am going to be coming through the door. She is almost always waiting on the other side.

 

No, He just doesn't understand why he can't be in charge.

One of mine sits sticking her tongue out a me when she wants me to go to bed. We've done a bedtime ritual for years where she sits on the nightstand and "helps" me turn off the lamp. I ask if she's ready, say "Here we go...", and count "One, Two, Thhhhrrrreeeeee!" and turn off the lamp. She learned to stick her tongue out like me on "Thhhhrrrrreeeee!"

 

I've had a cat that did the same thing every chance he got. It was/is fuggin amazing -- and a fuggin pain in the ass.

In ancient times, cats were worshipped as gods -- they have never forgotten it.

My kitten will stand,sit,and sleep on my shoulder when im walking like a parrot does to a pirate...haha. Whenever I pick him up, he always climbs up to my shoulder and just chills haha.

And hes a pretty good sleeping companion.

Strangely enough i mostly remember the dumb things she did. Like, when she was a kitten, playing with a roll of photo film (i'm hoping those are the correct words), back when digital cams didn't exist obviously, until the roll ended in a dish full of water. We had it developed anyway... Most of the photos had lil dots all over them that ruined them, because of the water, and here's the only pic in the roll that looked ok :

My youngest cat does all kind of strange things. When she is tired she comes and sits on me or next to me, depending if Im sitting or laying down, and insists I pull the left pocket of my sweatpants out so she can nurse on it till she falls asleep. She also loves to attack and shred to ribbons any rolls of toilet paper or paper towels she can get a hold of.

We have cats that can open doors, speak and smoke weed....

fancies hair ties. We will play fetch, but after a few rounds she's gotta take the hair tie to her water bowl to clean it off. She promptly brings it back and is down for more fetch.

She also headbutts me hard as shit when I'm sleeping from time to time.
