Tried stuff called "Jenkem" - what is it?

My dealer sold me this shit cause he said he was out of weed but said it's just about the same thing, said he made it himself and that it's called Jenkem and its pretty well known, well I trust him so I took it home and huffed it with my friends, it smelled strong but it got us all pretty fucked up. But anyway what is this stuff exactly? Research chemicals? Some kind of gas?

 

Jenkem is a purportedly hallucinogenic inhalant created from fermented human waste.
