link says 'perfect angle mirror girls'

You can see the reflection of the camera wielding girl as well as the building behind her, but I simply cannot make sense of this picture in my head.

I thought maybe there is two girls separated by a mirror, but it doesn't explain why the girl on the left is reflected on the right....

It's just two pictures superimposed on each other. They had a sort of similar pose and one picture was laid on top of the other.

The eyebrow shapes are different also. I think it's two different girls.

    I should rephrase my question....

Under what circumstances could this picture, whether is is a simple pic mash-up or authentic, be replicated without the use of photo manipulation?

the "ghosting" is the one mirror reflecting the other mirror. so, the mirrors are angled toward each other.

after staring at it for fifteen seconds, it makes my eyes hurt.. The two girls in the picture are obviously not the same person.

No, there re two distinct ladies. I keep thinking of ways that various mirrors might be set up, as well as the notion that the camera shown might not be the one that took the picture.... but no solid conclusions so far.

BTW- I am the type of person that becomes immensely fixated on a problem until I find a solution.
It is a bitch when I can't think of something I know (tip of the tongue phenomenon...)
I will literally think about it for hours until I figure it out!

    Good morning,

oh, nothing wrong with being a geek ;).

    Regards
    Gyro

PS: Perhaps such a picture might be reproduced using double exposure? On the other hand, it's a bit complicated to align the faces then.
