Please help me find the Red Flower Girl.

I am in need of great deal of help. I was surfing the Internet a day ago and I came across an amazing picture. The picture has been taken somewhere in the 60s and on the picture there's a blond Girl, holding a red flower, with a white hat, giving the flower to an MP person. By the look on the MP face its obvious that he is so zombiefied that he can't possibly convey and process the message in a simple normal manner, he looks so indulged into he's own strange surreal world that he can't seem to understand the gesture of the girl.
That picture changed and turned my world around in the matter of few hours. I had to rethink everything I believed in, and reconsider everything I considered important. The red-flower girl changed my life.
She is an old lady by now I have no doubt about that. But still I ask. Please help me find her and thank her for making me who I am right now.
I know that this kind of a request can sound completely ridiculous and insane but it means a great deal to me. I've never felt more alive. I also know that I don't have a name, nor phone, nor I have the year the picture was taken, but still I ask for your help if you also believe in the miracles of life and have a small, strange, insane like dream.
