Can you describe the effects of LSD? I never tried lsd but I recently had a microdot. I expected things to feel more psychedlic. When I consumed the microdot it was extremelly bitter and left my tongue feeling numb. I felt a little strange for the next hour, just weird. I was a little more creative but it somehow didn't feel like acid should be? I didn't really feel more elivated sense, altough my pupils did get quie large. I know I havnt explained things fully, but I wa wondering from what I've said does this sound like a low dose of LSD? Explain what acid makes you feel like so I may know whether what I got was real or not. Perhaps I may need to just try a stronger dose. But the microdot was so small (15 fit in a penny) than I don't see how it could be an RC. Peace&Love
Sounds like a weak dose. It can be difficult to explain LSD but it's also unmistakable when a solid dose of LSD comes over you. There are a few chems that have a similar potency range as acid, although I think it's rare that they'd be pressed into microdots. LSD usually feels quite euphoric, with a relaxed stimulation. you'll notice you become more in tune with your senses like more sensitive to sound and touch. You may get chills or body temperature fluctation (feeling cold, sweating), colors will change and objects can bend and break form and take on new meanings. You can see stuff like your hands trailing and many claim there is a child-like sense of wonder as if you're seeing the world for the first time. There are alot of affects that vary from person to person and trip to trip so that's just a brief summary of some of the possibile affects.
This is what i've always been looking for. Perhaps I should try more to find out. What would a very weak dose of LSD feel like?
Not describable to those who have not had similar drugs. You feel things that are impossible for most people to feel without drugs, and impossible to describe without comparison. But I think you saying it was not psychedelic is somewhat presumptuous, if you don't know what psychedelic IS. A low dose of LSD is similar to a more imagination-stimulating cup of coffee. Duration and effects will be totally different.
When I microdose it feels like having a full cup of coffee while being a little more relaxed and puts me in a great mood and just enough trippiness to be really fun but i can still do anything functionally. Keep in mind I consider myself VERY familiar and comfortable with lucy and her effects, even though my total lifetime # of trips doesn't compare to many. Around 20 strong trips now. And 100 more on other substances to give more perspective. And when I say familiar and comfortable, I mean familiar with the effects of an LSD cosmic bitchslap, and comfortable with the risk that this trip might take me by the balls and just mindrape me for the better ultimately. I had something similar to this on blotter not too long ago, also in Canada. I know for sure it wasn't LSD, and I am pretty sure with my research that it was nbome. It had a quick come-up, probably 20-45 minutes. It gave me a REALLY bitter taste in my mouth and made my tongue and mouth completely numb for at least an hours after i spat the tabs out. I had minor visuals, but it mostly caused me to act neurotically and it made me laugh really hard. I also got a mild to moderate headache at the end of the peak which I have never experienced on acid. The entire thing lasted 5-7 hours and I didn't feel like I had taken LSD.
Faaack. That's exatly what I had. Thought I finally found acid, and the stuff I gots not even close. I'm not sure whether to try dosing higher for better visuals. Not sure of it's worth it.
If it is in fact NBOME... I'd say yes. NBOME may not be LSD-25, but it is quite outstanding and spectacular (Coincidentally with certain LSD like traits such as the head space and visual similarities) substances in it's own right.
Lsd does not have toung numbing effects. This must of been some rc. Sorry to hear ya got a unexpected drug. The thought of microdots making a comeback not as Lucy scares me.
I was actually a fun trip, I would try it again, but i don't want to financially support those selling nbome as LSD.
Be careful with this un-known chemical. If it's making your tongue numb? Thats weird.. signs of benzocaine or cocaine..It also shouldn't tast bitter.. It should taste like nothing!
To answer the original question... I am not too experienced of a tripper, but I have had what I believe were low-dose and medium-dose LSD experiences, as well as low-dose 2c-e experiences. Changes in dose, combined chemicals, and set&setting have made all 7 times I have tripped completely different. The ONLY factor common to my trips has been that all experiences become aesthetic. Items in my environment are no longer functional, and no longer taken for granted. Everything seems "new" and simple things become completely entrancing. Aside from that, the emotional space, the hallucinatory phenomena, etc etc, have been completely inconsistent from trip to trip.
