Techno music helps me concentrate...

Is that weird? Shouldn't it do the opposite?

I'm starting to think I have pretty terrible ADD. I have a lot of trouble focusing sometimes, even on stuff I really want to do, until I throw some techno on and then my thoughts are instantly more organized.

I've been thinking about taking up meditation in an attempt to improve my attention span. Maybe I should listen to techno when I do it.

 

Yes it is. Techno just makes me want some beans really bad and it's sad to say that I will most likely never have it again...unless I move to another state that is.

anything that does not have a lyric, nor one in a language i can understand, helps. well almost anything. techno included.

i don't see what's supposed to be unusual or surprising in that though.

 

Techno music reminds me of my former neighbours. They had a baby, so the wife was home all the time and liked playing techno music while she'd bake pie or do house chores. They even played Techno music until 12am, get all stoned and play it rather loudly.

My bedroom was right next to their computer room.

When I think of Techno music now, all I think about is this stupid song she used to play over, and over, and over, again and again...

Mele- Do you know how hilarious it is to know the words to this and sing it to your significant other in front of people? It just grosses out everyone. It's fabulous.

Fritz- Thanks for the links! Those ones are pretty super cereal. I may have to make my own playlist out of them... There was a kid that died by mixing them, wasn't there? He mixed the iDosers and his brain, like, shorted out. Pretty crazy. Not something I will be attempting anytime soon.

 

Yes, the effect of harmonics on both the Psyche as well as on the physical is an amazing study inn resonance and how it can serve to both stimulate and destroy cells.

Personally it sort of falls in line with my beliefs regarding what sort of technology could have been at the root of something like destroying a major continent like Atlantis were any such place to ever have existed.

Would tie in beautifully with the whole "Crystals of great Power" that supposedly gave them "Dominance" over the sciences being as every crystaline structure gives off a frequency when struck via the Piezoelectric effect.

Every cell in our body, every molecule in the world, every atom,,, has a resonant frequency by mere sake of the orbiting valence electrons and a wavelenght able to reach at the nuclei or disturb the valence shell with harmonic shifting can in theory do some pretty wonderous things.

 

I find it makes me better at video games.
