No negative side effects from DXM whatsoever..

Am I the only one who is this way? I will take 20-40 of the gel caplets and won't feel a pinch of nausea, no itching, no temperature changes, and no other uncomfortable sensations. Just pure euphoria and fun, am I god?

It depends. Sometimes I get itchy and a little nauseous before I peak, but other times I feel nothing but awesomeness.

 

When i drank syrup i didn't get any and it was very enjoyable, but when i took 10 cough gels it was horrible. Not even a trip just made me sick.
